Appraisal under the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act

Prior to or in the event of a receivership or bankruptcy our certified appraisers will inventory, provide digital photos and an appraisal of the assets available. Our comprehensive appraisal report will include in place and fair market values and detail the appraiser’s observations.

We provide services to hold an orderly and timely liquidation retail sale, direct marketing to end users or an en bloc or by piece auction sale of the assets. In the event a sale is not possible in the premise of the bankrupt, we provide experienced staff to dismantle, pack and remove goods and chattels to our eleven thousand square foot 11,000 facility to store until a sale is authorized; by either direct marketing to end users, retail sale where required or by auction sale en bloc or by piece.
