Appraisals for Estate Matters

A person appointed as an executor of estate is entrusted with the primary responsibility for the administration of the deceased's wishes as well meeting requirements under Federal Statute.

It is important to have an accurate inventory and appraisal of personal property of an Estate for the Probate process for the purposes of estate settlement to satisfy family members as well as Federal tax liabilities.

We will assist by having one of our CPPA certified appraisers attend at one or more locations to take a detailed and descriptive inventory encompassing digital images of items appraised and demonstrating how the appraiser came to conclusions with explanation of fair market value as required for establishing probate proceedings submitted with revenue authorities when settling of estate matters.
